These terms apply to this website, to Upsold's videos, and to Upsold Publisher, the private tool that publishes those videos. Upsold is operated by Bruno Anacleto in British Columbia, Canada. By using this website or watching Upsold content, you agree to these terms.
1. What Upsold provides
Upsold publishes short educational videos about business and marketing decisions. Content is provided free of charge, for general information and entertainment.
2. AI-generated content
Upsold videos are researched, written, narrated and edited with artificial intelligence, and any on-screen host is an AI character. We review stories before publishing and aim for accuracy, but AI-assisted content can contain errors. If you spot one, please tell us at privacy@upsold.ca or in a comment, and we will correct it where possible.
3. Not professional advice
Nothing in Upsold's content is financial, investment, legal or business advice. Do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making decisions.
4. Companies and trademarks
Upsold discusses real companies, products and campaigns for commentary and education. Names and trademarks belong to their owners. Their appearance does not mean those companies endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with Upsold.
5. Upsold Publisher
Upsold Publisher is used only by its operator to upload Upsold's own videos to Upsold's own accounts and to read their statistics. It is not offered to other users. Its use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Its use of TikTok and Instagram is subject to those platforms' terms. How it handles data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Using our content
Upsold's videos, scripts and visuals are owned by Upsold unless otherwise noted. You may share links to them and use the platforms' built-in sharing features. Please don't re-upload, sell or present our videos as your own without permission.
7. Comments and conduct
When you comment on Upsold videos, the rules of the platform you're using apply. We may hide or remove comments that are abusive, spam, or off-topic.
8. No warranty and limitation of liability
Upsold's content and website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Upsold is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, its content or website.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website or content after an update means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
